As always, the health and safety of our members and guests is our top priority. We will be implementing various new policies and procedures as we reopen our clubs in phases. Our team is committed to making the club a safe destination for your health & fitness needs.

Cleaning Protocols

Deep Cleans

Club hours will be modified to allow for overnight deep cleaning. Designated team members to continuously disinfect club areas throughout the day. Group fitness classes will be spaced apart to allow for cleaning & disinfection before and after each class.

Sanitation Stations

Sanitation stations containing hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be placed throughout the club. All members are required to wipe down equipment before & after use.

Electrostatic Disinfecting

On top of regular and deep cleans, all facilities will undergo regular electrostatic disinfecting. These next-generation sprayers work effectively & efficiently against microbes to disinfect surfaces and limit the spread of viruses.

Entrance Protocols

Although we are doing everything in our power to ensure our clubs are a safe & clean environment for all members and guests, we need your help. We ask that all individuals entering our facilities follow the check-in protocols below.

Reservations & Entrance

At all of our facilities, there will be a designated building entrance and exit to ensure every individual entering follows proper health procedures. Reservations will be required for entrance due to capacity limitations. Members may make reservations for the fitness floor or group fitness classes 24 hours in advanced using the Class Schedule on the website or Cowboys Fit app. Reservations will be made in 90-minute blocks with 30-minutes of club shut down to allow for cleaning in-between each block.

Wellness Check

Upon entry, all individuals will be required to utilize our sanitation station and wear gloves that cover from wrist to fingertips to be in accordance with Texas government regulations. Masks are encouraged unless participating in vigorous exercise. No bags or personal equipment will be allowed in the facility to prevent the spread of germs as locker rooms will be required to remain closed at this time. Touchless check-in and social distancing will be implemented. Individuals will also be required to answer a health questionnaire upon entry to ensure everyone’s safety.

In-Club Safety Measures

Team Member Safety

All team members will be provided gloves & masks to wear throughout their shift. They will be required to complete a wellness check upon beginning their shift including filling out a health questionnaire. All team members will complete the Cowboys Fit COVID-19 Safety Training course prior to reopening.

Fitness Floor

Equipment will be marked for social distancing. Members will be asked to wipe equipment before & after use. Sanitation stations will be placed throughout the club including hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Capacity limitations will be enforced dependent upon state government regulations

Personal Training

All trainers will be required to wear gloves & masks and sanitize their gloves between sessions. Trainers will practice social distancing at all times by staying at least 6 feet away from clients and using verbal cues and personal demonstration to apply corrections. All trainers will be provided with personal cleaning products for clients.

Recovery Lounge

This amenity will remain closed at this time. Check back later for updated policies once it reopens in a later opening phase.

Rowdy Room

This amenity will remain closed at this time. Check back later for updated policies once it reopens in a later opening phase.

Fuel Zone

Packaged and bottled goods will be available for purchase. The Fuel Zone will not be offering grab & go meals or smoothies in Phase 1 of club reopening. Check back later for updated policies once it reopens fully in a later opening phase.

Rooftop Pool

The pool will remain closed in Phase 1 of reopening due to the state mandated closure of all locker rooms. Check back later for updated policies once it reopens in a later opening phase.

Locker Room

Due to state mandates, the locker rooms including showers, saunas & lockers will remain closed at this time. These rooms will be repurposed as solely a restroom. Check back later for updated policies once it reopens in a later opening phase.

In-Club Payment

For sanitary reasons, cash will not be accepted at this time. Payments may be made via credit card or the card on file.

Group Fitness

Classes will be offered with class capacity and socially distanced spaces designated for each attendee. Members are asked to leave all equipment at their station upon conclusion of the class so it can be properly sanitized by our team before it is put away. The class schedule will be adjusted to allow for cleaning before & after each class. Reservations are required for all classes.

Guest Pass Policy

Due to state mandated capacity limitations, we will not be allowing guest walk-ins at this time. First-time local guests interested in joining may request a complimentary 3-day pass using the form below. Upon submission, a Membership Consultant will contact you to schedule a time for you to come in. Guest passes will not be honored without an appointment.

Member Guest Pass Policy

For members wanting to use their annual guest passes, an appointment must be made with Membership for you and your guest to come in and use the pass. Please email the Membership team for your home club to schedule an appointment.
